The professional uncoiling equipment equipped in Guangda's Inland Port Plant can accurately connect with steel coil raw materials of different specifications, realizing the stable uncoiling, positioning and conveying of steel coils through an automatic control system. Guangda's Inland Port Plant is equipped with a 1450 push-pull pickling line with an annual output capacity of 800,000 tons. This line adopts internationally advanced pickling technology and environmental protection treatment technology, which can accurately adjust pickling time, temperature and acid concentration according to the characteristics of different steel grades.
 
  During the pickling process, the unit realizes acid liquid recycling and waste liquid discharge up to standard through an automatic control system, which not only ensures the cleanliness and uniformity of the steel coil surface, but also complies with the requirements of the ISO14001 environmental management system, practicing the concept of green production. Guangda's Inland Port Plant is equipped with two single-stand reversing six-high cold rolling mills with an annual output of 600,000 tons of cold-rolled hard coils. This mill has high-precision rolling capacity, which can accurately control the thickness of steel coils with an error controlled at the micron level.
 
  The six-high cold rolling mill adopts an advanced hydraulic screw-down system and automatic tension control system, combined with the rolling process independently optimized by the engineer team. It can not only meet the rolling needs of steel coils of different materials, but also effectively improve the surface finish and dimensional accuracy of steel coils. 4.Galvanizing: Fine Coating to Create Corrosion-Resistant Quality

 

  Galvanizing is the core process of galvanized steel coil production. Guangda's Inland Port Plant has a non-spangle galvanizing production line with an annual output capacity of 800,000 tons. The production line adopts internationally advanced hot-dip galvanizing technology and fully automatic control equipment to realize precise control of galvanizing temperature, galvanizing time and zinc layer thickness.
 
  During production, the rolled steel coils enter the galvanizing bath after cleaning and annealing, and form a firm galvanized layer through zinc liquid immersion and subsequent cooling and passivation treatment. The company implements full-process control through the ISO9001 quality management system. Technical personnel conduct strict inspections on zinc layer thickness, adhesion and corrosion resistance with professional testing equipment to ensure that products meet domestic and foreign industry standards.
