Shandong TOMEX (Tuomeisi) International Trade Co., Ltd. is a key subsidiary of Shandong Northern Group, focusing on the group ’ s overseas promotion, business development and product exports. It oversees five subsidiaries in total: Northern Traffic Facilities, Northern Pipe Industry, Northern Plastic Industry, Guangda Composite Materials, and TOMEX. Among these, Northern Pipe Industry specializes in manufacturing highway safety facilities, primarily supplying supporting traffic safety products to highway construction units across the country. The company has been approved by the Ministry of Transport to specialize in the production of highway corrugated beam guardrails, posts and related products and other traffic safety facilities. The company currently has 8 corrugated beam production lines, 8 114, 140 and 130 straight seam welded pipe production lines, 4 electrostatic powder coating production lines, 7 hot-dip galvanizing production lines, 10 guardrail plate forming lines, 2 epoxy zinc-based production lines, 2 Japanese-style new guardrail production lines, and has introduced 2 Swiss imported plastic coating production lines and 1 high-strength steel guardrail production line. This equipment is at the international leading level, with an annual production capacity of 1.5 million tons of galvanized and powder-coated guardrail plates and 45 million sets of small parts, which can be used for the construction of 5,000 kilometers of expressways. The company is equipped with advanced testing equipment and a complete quality management system, which provides reliable quality assurance for its products. All products have obtained the quality inspection certificate from the Ministry of Transport's Testing Center, the traffic product Certification Certificate, the quality management system certification certificate, and the utility model patent certificate.

It is widely applied to national expressways, national highways, provincial roads, as well as security projects in counties, towns and rural areas. In addition to holding an important position in the domestic market, the company's products have also been successfully exported to Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and other regions, and business cooperation relationships have been established with merchants from India, Australia, South Korea and other countries.
