Galvanized strip steel is a kind of raw material called (zinc), which is used to coat the long and narrow strip steel which is cold-rolled or hot-rolled to varying degrees. Hot dip galvanizing has the advantages of even coating, strong adhesion and long service life. Complex physical and chemical reactions occur between the hot-dip galvanized steel pipe substrate and the molten plating solution, forming a corrosion resistant zinc iron alloy layer with compact structure. The alloy layer is integrated with the pure zinc layer and the strip steel matrix. Therefore, it has strong corrosion resistance.

Production process:
First, low-carbon steel coils such as Q235 and DX51D are prepared and inspected for surface quality; then the coils are fed into a pickling tank (with hydrochloric or sulfuric acid solution) for 5-15 minutes to remove rust, scale and oil, followed by multi-stage rinsing and alkaline neutralization to eliminate residual acid, and thorough drying to prevent secondary rust. Next, the dried coils undergo hot-dip galvanizing in a 450℃ zinc bath, with air knives controlling the zinc layer thickness (80-275g/㎡), then rapid cooling to solidify the coating. After leveling to correct deformation and trimming burrs, the galvanized coils are precisely slit into custom-width narrow strips (0.6m-3m) using a slitting machine (edge tolerance ±0.15mm), with scrap edges recycled. The slit strips are then wound into neat, tight small coils via a tension control system, inspected for width, zinc coating quality, adhesion (via bend test) to meet AISI/ASTM/GB standards, and finally packaged with waterproof paper and steel strapping (standard export seaworthy packaging) labeled with material, specification and batch number for cross-border transportation.
